The Manic Monday Lunchtime Show (Mondays from 12 noon) includes the Fun At Almost One song and The Manic Monday Lunch Time Machine takes us back to songs from each decade 1950s to 2020s. 

Plus you can join Ross every Sunday evening from 8pm to enjoy two hours of the best rock music.

Ross has always said his musical tastes are eclectic, "from Mozart to Motorhead".
